This PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) filter bag is designed for industrial liquid filtration applications.Filtration precision ranges from 0.1 to 300 µm, with a single-pass filtration efficiency of 85% and a smooth surface finish. The filter bag is sewn with silicone-free thread and comes standard with 316 stainless steel sealing rings.Two standard sizes are offered to meet different flow requirements:180×430mm: Approx. 20 m³/h water flow rate, 0.24 m² filtration area, 8L capacity180×810mm: Approx. 40 m³/h water flow rate, 0.48 m² filtration area, 17L capacityPTFE material provides non-stick properties, along with reliable tensile strength, flexural strength, and wear resistance. The filter bag supports continuous operating temperatures up to 240°C–250°C, with short-term resistance up to 260°C, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
