With improved filtration reliability and performance, the 16x25x4 Glasfloss ZL MERV 10 air filter can be used in HVAC systems for your home or business. The MERV 10 filter features the latest in media technology to achieve a MERV 10 rating per the ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard, while maintaining low pressure drop and long service life. Glasfloss Z-Line Series MERV 10 filter media is laminated to a heavy-duty, galvanized, metal backing that stabilizes the media during operation. The Filtration Rating is MERV 10 and is comparable to MPR rating of MPR 600 to 800, or FPR 5-6 rating, with air flow and pressure drop similar to MERV 8. Glasfloss Industries filters incorporates 100% synthetic fibers which are electrostatically charged, thermally bonded and are manufactured in an engineered gradient structure. The thermally-bonded fibers do not absorb moisture or does not promote microbial growth. The engineered grading structure media supports high dust-holding capacity and long filter service life.
